What this website collects
This website is informational and requires no registration. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (IP address, user agent) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse, for no longer than necessary. We count visits in aggregate (number of requests and country) from Cloudflare's technical logs, with no scripts and no information read from your device. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the website and knowing how much it is visited (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); that is why we do not ask for your consent. PostHog and everything else start only if you accept them in the banner: see the cookie policy.
Browsing statistics (with consent)
If you accept, we use PostHog, Inc. (EU servers, our processor) to see paths between pages, clicks and scrolling. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie preferences”. Retention: 1 year. We do not use these data for automated decisions and we do not sell them. Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and PostHog may process data in the US: the basis is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for visitors from the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and, as a fallback, the Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you write to an @rentaxapp.com address, we process the data you send us to answer your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in replying). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work; in Italy it is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
